• Turnaround time depends on image complexity and quantity.
• We confirm requirements (background type, shadow style, size, format) before starting.
• Delivery is typically via email, drive link, or the channel you prefer (WhatsApp/email).
• Please keep the original files until delivery is confirmed.

3) Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are supported to match your requirements.
• To speed up revisions, share clear notes (example: “shadow softer”, “background pure white”, etc.).

4) File Usage & Rights

• You retain ownership of your original images.
• After payment (if applicable), you receive usage rights for the final edited files for your business use (listings/ads/marketplaces).
• We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5) Confidentiality

• Client files are handled securely and are not shared publicly without permission.
• If you want strict NDA-style confidentiality, message us and we will follow your workflow.

6) Pricing & Payment

• Pricing depends on service type, complexity and volume.
• We may request advance payment for large/bulk orders.
• Any special rush delivery or custom requirements may affect pricing.

7) Limitation of Liability

• We provide editing services “as is” and do our best to ensure accuracy and quality.
• We are not responsible for third-party marketplace issues, listing removals, or platform policies.
